The prize will be divided equally between the members of the winning teams and sent by upGrad via email to each member of the winning team, irrespective of their contribution to the submissions. In the event of a tie, the prize money will be equally distributed between the winning teams

Each team should have member of 3 and out of those minimum 1 member should be outside of upGrad
